Quotes and Pricing

We will communicate any pricing changes to you before proceeding with work that differs from the original quote.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. After 30 days, pricing may be subject to adjustment based on current material costs and labor rates.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card as outlined in your agreement.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received according to the agreed-upon terms, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property where services were performed.

Project Timeline and Delays

We will make every effort to complete your project within the estimated timeline. However, concrete work is subject to weather conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruption to your schedule.

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that any necessary permits are obtained unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Our workmanship warranty typically covers defects in installation for a specified period after completion.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, extreme weather events, soil movement, or modifications made by others. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

JJC Tempe Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by law. Claims for property damage or personal injury should be reported immediately.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for marking or identifying any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features on your property before work begins. You must also ensure that pets and children are kept away from the work area for safety reasons.

During the curing period, you are responsible for protecting the concrete surface as instructed by our crew. Failure to follow curing instructions may void warranty coverage.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
